"Heather & Nevaeh are my saviors. I called them when I had freshly gotten my high-drive Belgian Malinois at 10 weeks old, and let me say that little monster was a handful at first! Although I live on the west coast of FL, Heather & Nevaeh told me to bring him over ASAP. They had him for a total of TWO WEEKS and in that time were able to completely change this puppy. They did everything from socializing him with the world and other dogs, crate training, potty training, basic obedience, offering to take him to vet appointments (as the facility is located on the east coast) and what I describe to most as overall just “laying the foundation” in him. Upon pickup at 12 weeks old, I had the most mannered pup, who was also fully potty trained. They allowed me to come into their facility a week into his training, to ensure that I was trained as well, in order to reinforce at home what they had instilled in him in training. I believe this is what sets apart Heather and Nevaeh specifically, as they truly focus on not only the dogs specific needs for training, however they also heavily focus on making sure you as an owner know how to handle your dog the proper way, which has improved my life at home significantly post board & train. These two are the most knowledgeable and passionate trainers I could’ve ever come across, and provided the best experience for someone who was sending their dog off to a board and train (we all know how unsettling this can be.). With these two, you will have nothing to worry about. I still call them to this day (many times, might I add..) if I ever have any questions, and they are right there to answer. I could not recommend HNK9 any louder to absolutely anyone! We will be back when the pup is of age for advanced obedience training."

"Heather and her daughter Nevaeh are simply amazing for rescuing, caring for, and training our husky Balto before we adopted him last year. Balto was found as a stray, wandering in the Redlands area with puncture wound injuries. Heather stepped up and got him the vet care he needed and fostered him until he was ready to be adopted. She and her daughter worked with him and did some training to help get him accustomed to being around other people and dogs and ready for his new home. Twice since, we have boarded Balto with her and he was very excited to see Heather and her family again. We are grateful knowing he has a place to go when needed where he will be well taken care of and loved. We cannot thank Heather enough for rescuing and nursing Balto back to health so he could become part of our family!"
